As a general rule, our shop does not accept changes, cancellations, exchanges, or returns on orders after they have been confirmed.
Please carefully check the product contents, size, quantity, etc. before placing your order.

Exceptions (Eligible Returns & Exchanges)

We will only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product you received is different from what you ordered.
  •  The product has obvious defects or initial defects.

If this applies to you, please contact us via our inquiry form, attaching photos showing the condition of the product.

If your return or exchange is approved for the above reasons, we will cover the return shipping costs.

About size exchanges

We may accept size exchanges for unused items only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item falls under the "Exceptions to Returns and Exchanges" section above.
  • The item is unused and has all tags and accessories.
  • You agree to pay the return shipping costs.
  • The item you wish to exchange is in stock.

Notes

  • We do not accept exchanges before the item has been shipped.
  • Exchanges may not be accepted depending on stock availability.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Used or worn items
  • Items with missing or damaged tags, packaging, or accessories
  • Items without proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.)
  • Items that have been scratched, broken, or soiled after delivery
  • Items purchased for resale purposes (including cases determined by our shop)
  • Items that our shop determines have repeatedly made excessive or unreasonable returns or exchanges
  • Returns due to the item not meeting the expectations of the customer at the time of purchase
  • Items that are deemed to have been intentionally damaged or soiled

Regarding cancellations:

Once your order is confirmed, shipping is automatically initiated through our system.

Once your order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order.
