About Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

Our shop ships to countries around the world.
The estimated delivery time from shipment to delivery is approximately 2-4 weeks from the order confirmation date.

Please note that delivery may take longer depending on weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, international shipping status, and the shipping company's circumstances.

Additionally, for large or heavy items, shipping charges may be automatically calculated and applied based on the product's size, weight, and delivery region.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Domestic shipping within Japan is JPY 660 (tax included).
Orders with a subtotal of JPY 15,000 (tax included) or more are eligible for free standard shipping.

Additional Shipping Fee for Heavy Items

Items classified as “Heavy” are subject to an additional shipping fee of JPY 5,000 (tax included), which is charged separately from the standard shipping fee.

This additional fee applies regardless of the total order amount, and Heavy items are excluded from the free shipping offer, even when the order subtotal exceeds JPY 15,000 (tax included).

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International Shipping Fees

  • Asia: JPY 3,000 (Free shipping over JPY 25,000)

  • Oceania: JPY 3,500 (Free shipping over JPY 25,000)

  • Maldives: JPY 5,000 (Free shipping over JPY 30,000)

  • Europe (Zone 1): JPY 5,000 (Free shipping over JPY 30,000)

  • North America: JPY 4,500 (Free shipping over JPY 25,000)

  • South America & Europe (Zone 2): JPY 7,500 (Free shipping over JPY 35,000)

Oversized or heavy items are excluded from free shipping.

Important Notes on Duties and Taxes

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as consumption tax and value-added tax (VAT)) may be incurred upon receipt of the item.

Please note that all such fees are the responsibility of the customer and that the shop bears no responsibility whatsoever.

Regarding delivery failures, refusals to accept deliveries, and customs issues

Any additional costs incurred in the following cases, such as re-shipping, return shipping, customs duties, storage fees, etc., will be borne by the customer.

  • Unable to receive due to prolonged absence
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Unable to clear customs (incomplete documentation, unpaid duties and taxes, etc.)
  • Delivery company storage period expired

Please note that if an item is returned to our shop for the above reasons, no refunds will be given.

If you would like the item reshipped, we will only process it after you have paid the specified reshipping fee.

Disclaimer regarding delivery issues

In the event of delivery delays, loss, customs clearance delays, etc., our shop will provide as much support as possible, but cannot guarantee compensation.

Our shop's responsibility is limited to the compensation provided by the delivery company and we cannot accept any liability beyond that.
